Digital Design

Using text in my visual art has been something of a tradition for me, especially when it comes to drawing and graffiti. When I was told my assignment for Design Principles that week was to combine images and words, I was ecstatic. Hundreds of ideas flashed through my brain all at once. You can see some of these below. This project was completed on April 16, 2024.

Later in the class, we were tasked with creating motivational posters, with an option to be ironic, sarcastic, and/or sardonic in our subject matters. I took full advantage of this. Shown below are a couple of examples that I am most proud of. This project was completed on March 18th, 2024

Finally, one of our final projects in the class was to create an advocacy campaign using our poster designing abilities. I decided to advocate for an issue directly related to my college experience, amplifying a piece of advice I wish I had listened to when I was a year or two younger. This project was completed on April 15th, 2024.
